My good friend who was born and raised in Syracuse had been insisting in taking me to Friendly’s, specially after I told her I had bought the Friendly’s ice cream from the grocery store and didn’t like it. Definitely did not disappoint! Lovely service. Regarding food, I gave a chance to the Dorito’s and it was good. The ice cream was delicious! It was not compared at all to the one from the store.

Ended up going in for desserts on a very busy evening. Service was great considering the circumstances and the ice cream options were very fun. The new ice cream with french fries is exciting!

Kyung was such a fun, yet professional server. We absolutely enjoyed our visit! There was a sudden influx of customers with an additional 16 person party, which the staff handled well! Great work everyone!!

i had such an amazing time here !! me and my besties came all the way from rochester and we were NOT disappointed. our server olivia has been so so so pleasant. if you get olivia when you come, you’re super lucky.

Friendly’s is one of those places that is full of nostalgia, and now I love bringing my daughter and seeing the same excitement she has to get her ice cream creation just like I was at her age. We try to go when our favorite server Maddie is working as she always makes the meal that much more enjoyable! She has the friendliest smile, makes sure everything is just how we like it and my daughter just loves how much attention she gives her and when she brings her out her fun sundaes at the end of the meal.

We had a very enjoyable evening. Our server Maddie was super nice, patient, and kind. You get plenty of food for your money and the ice cream of course is phenomenal. We enjoyed our meals and cooling off on this hot summer day here! We will be returning!
